As a warming up play some Ball drop games (warming up lessons)
Use this lesson card to teach students shooting by doing shooting exercises. Example: Cone robbery
1 korf and on either side of the korf at 3 meters distance is a line of 3 students. The first person can try to score (using the technique as described at the lesson card) Underneath the korf is a rebounder. He/she passes the ball back to the next person after the shooter. If the shooter scores, he/she can take a cone from the middle and becomes rebounder. After he goes back he takes the cone with him/her. If he/she doesn't score, you just become rebounder and don't take a cone. After for example 5 minutes the teacher shouts "stop" and count who has the most cones!
